Great service. I've been a long time customer of on the net (back in the dialup modem days !) .They continue to provide a very excellence in customer service. I rang them after... the storms as internet was out and they were able to walk me through some testing. Then i took the current modem for testing and it proved to be ok. They booked a service call with NBN and detailed what they had done already and what the issue was. NBN guy was able to arrive with the correct part and fix quickly (he was also complementary of the information given to him). Its a local business that has been around along time on the coast. Worth supporting - you will not be disappointed.read more
