This guide is for Hosted Exchange users and explains how to create an Inbox Rule to filter emails tagged as {Spam?} into the Junk Mail folder.
1. Log in to your email account through https://exchange.the.net.au/owa
2. Click Options in the top right hand corner and then click Create an Inbox Rule
3. Click New
4. Under “When the message arrives, and:” select the option it includes these words in the subject…
5. Type {Spam?} as shown below in the first box then click the + button and then OK
6. Under “Do the following:” select the option Move the message to folder…
7. Select the folder titled Junk E-Mail. Then press OK
8. Click Save.
